This couch is really firm. A little too firm for my liking, and it definitely needs more cushion for back support. It was easy to set up, and one person can easily do it on their own with some determination. The throw pillows it came with are flatter than a pancake so that’s a little annoying. This is honestly a beautiful couch. I saw a few reviews mentioning that the cushions didn’t seem very full at first, but keep in mind they do need about 24–48 hours to fully expand. Once they did, the cushions were super plush and comfortable. We love how elegant it looks while still being incredibly cozy. The cushions are also nice and deep, which is exactly what we were looking for in our formal living room — comfortable but still polished and stylish. The only issue we had was that one of the back cushions arrived without its cover. We’ve contacted the manufacturer through Wayfair and are currently waiting on a replacement. Aside from that, we’re really happy with the couch and love how it looks in our space.. Whittney. Tennessee. Fri Feb 20 2026

It’s crazy how hard it was to find a loveseat around this size with black vegan leather and wide armrests to place things on. Setup is doable with one person, though a second person would’ve been helpful. I just set it up. So far, so good. Definitely good bang for your buck. Looks great, easy to clean with a damp cloth. A bit firm. If only one person is using it, a good hack is to alternate the seat cushions every week. Would give 4.5 stars if that was an option.. Andrew. Sun Jul 26 2026
