Mostly this review is about great customer service. One stool had rippled leather, all the others were tightly upholstered and showed no damage. One call to Wayfair and replscement part was ordered and pro reassembly willl happen when the part comes in- easy peasy!. I do like the stools. They are comfortable and the red color is perfect - a deep cherry red. I did expect more gleam on the frame which is described as burnished steel, by they are definitely leaning toward black.
