Lots of issues during shipment. Some help from customer service, but my assembly service was canceled so I had to hire someone to assemble. Item was protected by inside wrapping. Outside box did not hold up well to so many trips off and on trucks 3 times over the whole continent. Assembly instructions did not match this item and holes drilled did not match up correctly. Now it is just supported by the wall but it seems well made and pretty. I added the floral runner below. Unfortunately my photos won't download to your format.. Rena. Pleasanton, CA. Wed Jul 08 2026

Nice headboard. It doesn’t have any color variation like the picture, just flat color. Assembly wasn’t bad but some of the pieces broke including a screw so that sucked. Anonymous. Sat May 09 2026
