This frame seems supportive and sturdy and you don’t need a box spring. Our queen mattress fits the frame and doesn’t protrude over the edge and there’s low risk for stubbing your toes or banging your knees on the frame. The drawers are not on a track, just loose on wheels and they attach to the frame by Velcro. The inside of the drawers are plastic which I prefer to the wire baskets that I’ve seen some other storage beds have. My husband did not encounter any complications assembling it. Very happy with this esthetic and affordable bed frame for our guest room.. Michelle C. CA. Wed Sep 23 2026

This platform bed sets a cozy, modern scene with textured upholstery and a softly rounded silhouette. It's crafted with a metal frame, wrapped entirely in foam cushioning and soft bouclé fabric. The padded headboard adjusts to three different height settings, making it easy to accommodate various mattress depths while providing a supportive backrest for reading or lounging. A system of solid wood slats and center support legs eliminates the need for a box spring while keeping your mattress ventilated. Plus, the low-profile frame features soft, padded edges designed to help prevent accidental bumps.

Love this bed. It works so nicely to have storage underneath- and it’s so easy to lift up. No regrets!. Melissa. Clinton, CT. Thu Oct 22 2026
