Love this bed! I’m very happy with the shape, fabric, and color. I specifically wanted a bed with both a footboard and a tall headboard, and this checked all the boxes for me. It feels sturdy and well made, and the white glove delivery service was excellent. One thing I’d recommend to future buyers is to pay close attention to the height measurements. The headboard is VERY tall and makes a big visual statement, which I love, but it also takes up a lot of visual space in the room. Initially, my mattress setup felt lower to the ground than expected because I forgot to account for the fact that my previous mattress and box spring had been sitting on an A-frame foundation. Because of that, there was much more headboard visible above me than I anticipated. I was able to easily fix the issue by adding a 4-inch mattress topper/pad, which made a huge difference in the proportions and overall feel. The bed is nice, but I wish I had paid attention to the height of the headboard- you can even see it if you stand pillows up against it. I think it seems sturdy and seems to be sturdy. Assembly was a bit difficult because initially we ended up putting legs on the wrong side and the side rails upside down. This could be avoided with better labeling. Overall we are happy with the bed, but wish I could buy an extension to make the headboard taller. For reference this is the chestnut color option- I think the listing for this bed has the driftwood color pictured in both the driftwood and chestnut photos.
