Pros: 1) The chair looks exactly like the picture. This is the first time an online purchase I've made looks EXACTLY like the pictures provided. Usually, there are slight differences... the color might look different, etc. 2) The material is very soft and the color is beautiful! 3) It was easy to assemble (with exception to 1 caveat, see below) The cons: 1) Poorly aligned pre-drilled holes, combined with poorly molded hardware (screws) make what is a simple assembly, incredibly frustrating and unnecessarily difficult. 2) Thankfully, the assembly was self explanatory because the instructions provided were useless. 3) The back doesn't adjust the way described. Overall, the chair isn't nearly as comfortable as I'd hoped. However, it's good enough that I will keep it versus having to disassemble and return it. I understand at this price point, you're not getting a high end desk chair. However, I was still disappointed by the quality of materials and quality of the pre-fabrication. If you're purchasing for the esthetic, then you'll be very happy. If the comfort and quality are more important, choose a different chair.. Christin. Murfreesboro, TN. Mon Aug 31 2026

Very nice executive office chair. The cushioning is plush and thick all over, even the arm rests! It rolls easily, swivels and has a lever underneath to adjust the chair height. My son recently started taking online classes and I wanted him to have a more comfortable desk chair since he'd be spending a lot of time in it. When this arrived, I was pleasantly surprised just how comfortable it is. It is adjustable in several ways (seat height, seat tilt, and chair back angle), plus the arm height is adjustable. The fabric is quality and should last for years. I chose the gray, which is a nice charcoal color. The arms are made of a different material, but just as plush and comfortable. The padding in the seat and back are very comfortable, not too firm or too soft, and I believe will keep their shape for a long time. The price tag is higher than others we looked at, but you get what you pay for. I'm very happy we went with this one.. Nikki W.. Deercreek , OK. Wed Sep 10 2025

Fantastic product! This chair is a great high-rise seat if you work at a standing desk or drafting table. The material is firm but comfortable enough to sit in for hours at a time.. Jackson. FL. Wed May 27 2020
