Gorgeous bed and easy to assemble. Make sure to by a bunkie or slats separately.. Hunter. Chicago, IL. Tue Sep 22 2026

This modern platform bed brings a sleek and stylish look to your bedroom. Crafted from engineered wood, it features a fully upholstered design with foam filling for a comfortable feel. The rectangular headboard adds a touch of sophistication, while the solid wood slats provide ample support for your mattress. No need for a box spring, as this bed is designed to accommodate your mattress directly on the slats. Plus, the finished back ensures it looks great from every angle. Note: Mattress and adjustable bed base are not included.

Good quality for the price, easy enough to assemble, feels pretty sturdy, I just received it so not sure how yet how the bolts will hold, I think they could use some loctite to ensure they stay in place. I have a very thick mattress, suggest an average mattress as there is not much of the headboard showing now, just enough to see only the pillows when propped up on their edges. Delivery process was not the best. I received a one day notice of my delivery window which changed a few times over the day I had to prepare and the drivers felt the box was too heavy and proceeded to scuff up mulitple walls in my stairwell rather than carry vertically or remove items from the box. I recommend taking items from the box and carrying individually up any stairwells.. Bill. Arnold, MD. Mon Sep 07 2026

Just because a platform bed goes with everything doesn't mean it lacks in style. This simple, low profile piece stands out because the headboard and bed rails are upholstered in a quality Luxe Velvet fabric that holds its own as a design feature. The custom made piece has a rounded corner shape, and is manufactured in Illinois. Not only is the included wooden slat system easy to incorporate onto the metal frame, it also makes adding a box spring unnecessary. Its sturdy metal frame is wrapped with a soft and durable cotton blend and filled with foam for added comfort. Something to keep in mind: Don't forget to purchase a box spring separately (it's necessary and not included in your purchase).

Love this bed, I put it in one of my spare bedrooms. Great color, all parts were there, and easy to put together. Looks great all set up. Depending on how tall your box spring is, it might show above the side panels but when the bed us made, you can't see it. Also my box spring & mattress were 21" together so there is no gap btwn mattress & headboard.. Beverly. Waldorf, MD. Tue Apr 09 2024

Simple and chic, the Marquise bed defines basics made beautifully. An understated silhouette is transitional and timeless, making this an ideal and enduring choice for any master suite. Handcrafted from solid pine and high-quality polyester foam, the plush upholstery adds elegance to any home.

I ordered this bed in the "Duck Gray" and was surprised to see it was a much lighter grey than the photo online. It's still a nice gray, but more of a light grey than a mid tone gray. Also the fabric looks more like a canvas linen than a true linen. The headboard fabric is not sewn directly onto the headboard, it is a slipcover that you slide over the headboard. At first I was annoyed but then I thought - well at least I can get it dry cleaned when it gets dirty - so it works out well. The bed took about an hour and a half to put together (with 2 people) but it's made well so it's very sturdy and was easy to assemble. It does have a sort of chemical smell to it, but I imagine that will go away with time. It also arrived 10 days sooner than originally anticipated which was a huge plus. Overall I'm happy with this purchase.. Star. Los Angeles, CA. Fri Apr 15 2016

Low-matching footboards complete the cohesive look. To complete your bed, add the box spring and mattress of your choice (both sold separately).

The bed is sturdy, and the fabric is good quality, this is the Shantung Pearl. The corners do not meet as perfectly as I would like, perhaps additional bolts at the top and bottom would help. I also ordered the 7 inch box spring which allows the mattress to sit just above the upholstered sides which allows for easy bed making and a nice look if you decide to tuck in your comforter.. Wow! What a difference this made to my bedroom. It lightened and brightened he whole room. The. bed came in two boxes which were very nicely packaged. The headboard came assembled. The side rails and foot rail are very easy to attach and assemble. We did not use the support rails (included) because we have an adjustable frame that supports our mattress. If you use the support rails a box spring would be needed. The construction and materials are of good quality. The fabric has an off white and mottled gray background and black geometric pattern.
