So far we’ve loved this couch, fur babies included! The biggest issue we had was that the instruction manual was missing when we received the item. I messaged about it and received a reply a few days later but we had already figured out how to put it together. My only complaint outside of that is the cushions do seem the slide out easily. That goes for most couches though so all in all were very happy with this purchased.. Anonymous. Sat May 30 2026

This couch is actually comfortable! It took a couple hours to be put together but thats okay! I love all the storage in it. The only concern is the backs, if you have someone that likes to push up against the backs they are definitely a weak point, and they are shorter than a normal couch back, so keep that in mind. Arrived ahead of schedule. Started putting this together, seemed simple enough. But nope. I can’t get then ends on. Not only can I not get these stupid ends on I crushed both my big toes and scraped my knees trying to get the slots to line up and lock it. 6 foot 3, 230 pounds an an Engineer and I can’t get this stupid thing to work. If it doesn’t get lined up by tomorrow this entire thing is going back. Next day customer support was useless. No phone for manufacture. Turns out after further inspection the installed brackets upside down. Either because they ran out of the right screws or put the wrong ones in. After two trips to Lowe’s the screw heads are too thick and have and interference fit. New brackets are going to be $60+ in addition to probably drilling new holes. Last purchase ever from wayfair. I love the color and a softness not a big fan of the couch pillows is they’re like bouncy but the couch back cushions are super soft because pillows are super soft. What I don’t like about it is that you have to rebuild it to switch the Chase I also don’t like how the installation was and how is still after tightening everything does it feel secure the arms are wobbly. It’s just a weird bill to connect it as armrest so I’m not sure how long that will last don’t have to get replaced at some point other than that pretty cool couch fit for small apartments. Don’t take it too much space but just enough space. Tiauna. Thu Sep 24 2026
