So far, pretty happy with the couch! Shipping was prompt - I did not get a delivery date (or call) from the tracking information, but was home when it arrived. Item was well packaged, and arrived in a large box on a pallet. Set up was extremely simple - just needed to install the legs, and all hardware was included. Frame is solid, and fabric matches the swatches. Love it. Cushions may be the weak link - they are only usable on one side (the other is black). They also were quite wrinkled, and the creases are only now starting to come out of the fabric with a lot of fluffing. Time will tell. Overall, very happy with the sofa for the price.. Joetrips. The sofa was exactly as advertised. There were a few minor dings in the material, but I’m sure those occurred during transportation, as several of the boxes arrived damaged. You may notice in one of the photos that the console is slightly crooked. This was due to a small hinge pin that had popped out of place during unboxing, but it was an easy fix, and the console now works flawlessly. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the purchase. 4.5 stars!. Md. Alexandria, VA. Fri Sep 18 2026

AMAZING sectional. Very comfortable, feels almost like a cloud couch. The color is more leaning toward light grey, but can still match beige settings, more of a greige color. The only thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars is that you can't wash the couches because they are sown to the seats, but again this gives it a nice well arranged look. I personally love it!. You can make the ottomans stationary by using included hardware. It’s very simple to put in the little brackets and doesn’t require any tools to do so. The sectional has so much storage.
