Each bench features a lift-top lid that opens to a hidden storage compartment, offering space for blankets, toys, shoes, books, or off-season clothing to support a clutter-free room. The lids use a soft-close hinge system that allows them to lower gradually and quietly, helping to prevent abrupt slamming and reduce the chance of pinched fingers. The front panels display a wave pattern, and the handles are recessed to keep the exterior flush and simple. Color-matched stickers cover screw holes to maintain a neat appearance. With its modular configuration and neutral styling, this bench set can function as a breakfast nook, a reading spot by the window, or a practical shoe bench in the entryway.

I think this L shaped storage bench is great! There is so much storage in each bench. You can fit at least 10 blankets in the large bench. I like how you can either have them all together to form the L shape or you can have them spread apart. This is good if you want to have one in a few different living spaces. It is a soft close and quiet as a mouse. It took 4-5 hours to put together by myself. It came with a little screwdriver but I also had to use my own at times. There are a ton of screws so be ready for your hands or fingers to be a little sore. I would definitely recommend this storage bench. I love the color, style and space!. Sherry V.. Valparaiso, IN. A rustic solid wood backless dining bench designed for dining rooms, kitchens, entryways, and bedrooms. Its farmhouse wood finish, trestle-style base, and space-saving design add natural warmth and practical seating to your home.

Solid wood however when I went to secure the one of the legs with the cross bar the whole for the crew bolt in the leg with an approx. an 1/8” off. I had to use a rat tail file in side the leg hole to open it enough for the bolt to align properly. Took about 20 mins to smooth out.
