Comfortable and nice for the price, but not faux leather as expected Overall, I’m happy with this bench and feel the price was fair. Delivery arrived on September 30, and although Wayfair had to reschedule my original assembly appointment because they couldn’t find an assembler, someone came out on October 3. She was very professional, communicated well about her arrival, and had the entire bench assembled in about an hour. The bench is comfortable and looks great in my kitchen nook. My table hasn’t arrived yet, so the attached photo shows the bench by itself for now. The main reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is the material. It is described as faux leather, so I expected something with more of a leather or pleather feel. Instead, the upholstery feels much more like suede or microfiber. I specifically chose faux leather because I have pets and wanted something that wouldn’t attract pet hair, but unfortunately hair does stick to this material. I had also read reviews mentioning a lack of support in the center. It’s too new for me to know whether that will become an issue, but interestingly, the professional assembler also commented that additional center support would have been a good idea. Overall, it’s comfortable, attractive, and a good value for the price. I’m pleased with how it looks, but I do think the description of the upholstery as faux leather is misleading.. Anonymous. The counter bench is a perfect fit that will seamlessly provide your next gathering with a versatile seating option.

The Benjamin Bench takes a classic garden form and transports it indoors. Elegant finials on the sides and arms with a back motif inspired by Gothic architecture transform its elm wood frame into a striking statement appropriate for any interior.

Love the bench. Had to do a little staining on it, but other than that love it! Seller did give me a discount due to the areas that needed to be satined and were missed before shipping. Appreciated the little discount as well. Looks perfect. I have been looking for a bench for my home for over a year. This one is perfect.. Janice. Texas. Sat Aug 15 2026
