Pleased with ordering this cute bench, which we are using for a coffee table/ottoman. The rattan material adds a retro flair, and the shelf is nice to put a few books on. I like that the shelf storage goes all the way to the ends of the bench so you can hide small things there. The padded bench is fairly firm, but fine for our needs. There was a scuffed area on one end of the rattan where some of the stain had been chipped off so it appears lighter, but will likely use a marker to blend it in.
