This chair is well made, really comfortable, and much more than I was expecting. (You never know what you are going to get when you are ordering online). This was an exceptional purchase and I am thrilled. The leather is a soft ivory (not light brown as advertised) and matched my other furniture perfectly,. The chair swivels and is SOOO comfortable. The open/close mechanism is solid and smooth, and the padding is thick, and feels really supportive in the right places. I spent a long time researching recliner manufacturers, and I knew I wanted a Southern Motion recliner. No question - I made the right decision. This chair is incredibly solidly built, very comfortable, and all of the recliner and headrest adjustments allow you to make it fit you perfectly. No question - I would purchase this chair again. **Note - there are several listing of Contour chairs listed as "brown". They are all different shades of brown, but there is really no way to figure out which brown you're buying. I purchased a chair and a sofa and received two different colors and it's taking a bit of unwinding to get a matching set.
