I've had this in my office for the past four years. It has held up surprisingly well. People visiting my office for the first time constantly tell me how pretty and comfortable this loveseat is. It has a nice, cozy vibe. It does look a little sloppier with age - the fabric starts to wrinkle and slip a bit - but it just gets more and more cozy. There was, however, a pet-related incident a while back in which I discovered that this sofa is, unfortunately, very difficult to clean. The sofa arrived ahead of schedule in just 3 days! I immediately assembled it. Took me 1-1/2 hours start to finish. Some parts not labeled and one was mislabeled but it was easy to figure out which was which. We absolutley love this sofa for the money. It does not look cheap as another reviewer mentioned and the quality exceeded my expectations. When we folded out the bed, it measured 72" long by 46" wide which is all we need for the occasional guest. This couch is a keeper. Bought the green, which is definitely has a strong yellow undertone, which is fine. But it's definitely along the lines of pea green color.
