Box was insanely heavy so I had to open it downstairs and carry the parts up separately because I had no help. It took about 60-70 minutes to assemble by myself. Very easy to follow instructions. The bed itself is decent, it looks pretty for the price but it definitely felt a bit flimsycheap while putting it together. This is the best idea ever, I love it! I was not thrilled about a dark color so I took fabric and glue gunned it all around the wood pieces after I assembled most of it, their was enough room to do this and it worked great. Really nice looking and well-made wrought iron bed. I found this as less expensive option to several of the spindle beds out there. I purchased it to match a dresser and bedside tables from another retailer. Although I am still waiting for the nightstands and dresser, I can tell them that will look gorgeous when they arrive and match the wrought iron hardware quite well. Came in one box, package was intact and the items were well secured inside the box.
