Recently, we finished renovating our entire home and were looking for a guest bedroom bed that was budget-friendly but still looked really good. After a lot of searching, we finally found this one and it turned out to be a great pick. The bed was very easy to assemble, which made the whole setup process smooth and stress-free. Hard to see much detail in my photo since I’ve covered the bed with plenty of bedding but so far, we really like our choice of frame. Seems stable and secure and was easy to put together. The bed is definitely all hard wood. It’s not the type of hardwood you could sand and refinish in the future. It also arrived without any broken pieces. It’s a pretty bed, but we are giving it a 45 because we wanted something subtle. The bed is kind of big and the headboard is massive. The advertisement has a large mattress and the decorative pillows hide just how big it is. I can’t imagine what kind of room this would fit in. We also wish it was held together with more hardware.. We love this bed frame, it fits great in our space though it is slightly darker than expected. It took about 1.5-2 hours to assemble and was missing one bolt. The drawers are deep and they hold a lot of stuff. I opted for the white glove delivery and I’m glad I did. It took two men to put it together and carry it up to our second floor bedroom. The wood color is more reddish brown than the photo. It was initially a bit much, but It’s growing on me. The distressing effect is a bit too heavy, overdone (see the closeup photos).
