The chair is cute and comfortable and will suit my needs perfectly. I marked down a star because the cushion is not actually a crisp white it’s sort of a butter cream color. Color looks true to picture. The seat has a good amount of cushion, more form when you push down on it. Has four rolling caster wheels and seat does adjust which is awesome. Overall would recommend. First, it's pretty. Since I work at home, it's nice to not have a boring office chair in my house. I admit that my assistant put it together, (sounds bougier than it is, she loves doing this kind of this and asked if she could.) She said it was super easy. I like the adjustment capabilities. I can get it to exactly how I need it to work sitting upright or in a virtual meeting etc. The best part is when I want to chill on a call or because I'm about to pull my hair out, I can recline and use the footrest. The lumbar is phenomenal. I've had it only a few weeks, but I can't think of one thing I would change except to have gotten it sooner.. Paula. Grosse Pointe Woods, MI. Sat Jul 25 2026

We use quality polyurethane with high-density foam for the seat and back, and durable chrome-plated iron for the arms and steel base. For the high end price I was not unhappy but expected more The arm rests are much to low for resting ones arm on and too short The legs of the chair in some areas where the tubing was open showed rust signs so that was a red flag and wondered what was hiding under the black paint I also found the chair could have been deeper in depth Not that comfortable for sitting long periods of time and perhaps more curvature on the end of the chair where the backs of your legs were not feeling pressure When sitting in the chair I felt like I was sitting in a childs chair. Yvonne. Canada. Fri Nov 28 2025
