Overall pretty simple to put together…. Took me about 1.5 hours, but I put the towel bar and wheels on after the legs since my kitchen is tight on space and wasn’t sure they would work. Smaller hands make assembly a bit easier since some of the connections are in not easily assessable areas. The long and medium bolts are the same length! The Allyn wrench provided is too long, so used a smaller one I had that worked better for me. Also there were a couple of small nicks (minor) on the black wood, but decided to keep it since it’s a hassle to return. Overall pretty happy with the cart.. Lorette. Arvada, CO. Sat May 16 2026

Hidden wheels allow effortless repositioning, while the foldable drop-leaf expands counter space. Built-in outlets power appliances cord-free, ideal for compact, stylish living!

I was a little skeptical because this Kitchen Island was fairly inexpensive. I opted to pay to have it assembled and that was done today. I love it. It has as much space as i hoped since it was only 43" long and the cabinets and drawers are ample size to hold a lot of kitchen items. This is so much more useful than the table and chairs for two that I had there before. The Island is sturdy, attractive and versatile. The stools are very comfortable. My only complaint is that before ordering I called Wayfair customer service to find out if I could purchase the item but delay delivery. The person i spoke to assured me that as soon as I had a tracking number I could contact Fed Ex and reschedule. I got the tracking number too late to stop the delivery which came in two days instead of three as noted on the order. Most people would not complain about this but I had a flight the day of delivery; luckily it arrived before I had to leave for the airport. I was notified several times by the assembler and he arrived the day and time he said he would.. Harrie. Wilmington, DE. Tue May 26 2026

This is a really nice island. I love the design of it and all the storage options. The top leaf extension is nice and I like how it opens and closes. My biggest complaint is the wheels. ⭐☆☆☆☆ HORRIBLE QUALITY, DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL, AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Do yourself a favor and save your money! This cabinet arrived in a damaged box with holes and visible signs of damage. Unfortunately, the cabinet itself was also damaged. My elderly father generously tried multiple times to make it work, hoping he could fix the issues rather than deal with the hassle of returning it. Unfortunately, nothing worked as it should. The drawers do not fit or function properly, the doors will not align, and the paint is chipping and cracking throughout the cabinet. The quality is absolutely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the seller refuses to issue a refund unless I completely disassemble the cabinet and ship it back. Remember, this item arrived in a damaged, partially open box, and the seller will not even provide suitable replacement packaging to return it safely! Why should a customer have to jump through hoops to resolve a problem caused by receiving defective merchandise The customer service has been just as disappointing as the product itself. This has been a frustrating, time-consuming, and unacceptable experience. The cabinet is poorly made, the merchandise arrived damaged, and the seller has made resolving the issue unnecessarily difficult. Buyer beware! Based on my experience, I would not recommend this cabinet or this seller. Save yourself the headache and look for a better-quality alternative from a retailer with a more reasonable return and customer service policy.. Kristen. KY. Wed Oct 21 2026

Many pieces were scuffed/dirty to some degree. Quality of some parts is lacking. However, once it's all put together it looks quite nice. It's serving it's purpose so I am overall happy.. Stacy. Dorchester, MA. Tue Oct 13 2026
