I was a bit concerned ordering this frame because of some of the reviews but this exceeded my expectations. We are pretty happy with the platform bed. Very protected in the box. The instructions were only pics, which was easy to understand. Gorgeous bed! Had a few issues with a board that didn't fit, but Wayfair offered us a discount if my husband drilled a hole or offered to send a replacement part. This review is for the white glove delivery service. The guys were polite and had booties as they moved my new bed up to my primary bedroom.
