Our sustainable bamboo padded bench utilizes a simple design and ribbed gray cushion to make a stylish addition to your home. This highly versatile, small space-friendly item works as a shoe bench in the bedroom, hallway, entryway, or mudroom. The frame is 100% solid bamboo, both environmentally sustainable and sturdy. The soft padded benchtop is comfortable and durable -- polyurethane fabric wipes clean and feels like leather.

This bench is sleek and looks exactly like it does in the photos. It fits my entryway perfectly and gives it a clean, modern look. The only reason I’m giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is because it’s a little shorter than I expected. Other than that, I’m very happy with it. Assembly was simple and straightforward. One thing that surprised me was that the screws thread into inset metal inserts rather than directly into the wood. It’s not difficult—just a little different from most furniture I’ve assembled. The build quality is what I’d expect for a DIY furniture piece sturdy, attractive, and a great value for the price. I definitely recommend it. The shoe shelf underneath is a nice bonus and keeps the entryway looking organized.. Lashotha. Calera, AL. Sat Jun 27 2026

Very nice bench holds lots of shoes. It’s pretty sturdy, but could use more bracing. Some people sit on it and feel uncomfortable because it moves. I will probably brace it when I get around to it. Otherwise it’s beautiful. It was easy to put together and instructions were clear. Mine came damaged originally, but I reached out to the company and they sent a replacement part right away. It looks really nice in our home.. Catherine. Edmonds, WA. Wed Nov 15 2023

It was easy to put together and filled in the space real well. It is a nice little inexpensive seat, but if you’re looking for something a little more upscale, this is not it. It’s a good enough quality for the money. The seat is not real deep so if you put it against the wall like I did, you kind of have to pull it out from the wall a little bit if people are going to be sitting on it to take off their shoes.. This item is SUPER cute in the pix, but def not so much in person. It's SO overpriced for the quality of the wood. The design is what you're paying for. It's sturdy when flat, but the back slats feel like they will crack off if someone puts ANY kind of pressure on it. The wood looks like plastic that was painted to LOOK like wood. Super cheap quality and several chips as well. DEF would not recommend. #returning. Faith. Charlotte, NC. Fri May 01 2026
