The fabric is a good quality however, the corner pleats will not lay flat because of the way the bottom skirt was wrapped for shipping. I have used clip clothes pins to hold them down but after several days, they still stick out. Also the inside edges of the pleats are raw and not finished with any sort of a hem. The Serta Warranty states something about being invalid if the fabric is treated with Scotch Guard.
