So far so good. I've used the chair for two days now and here are my initial thoughts. * Assembly was simple and took me 45 mins. * Chair looks good and is comfortable for 8 hours. * Seat wobbles a little back and forth when locked in the 90° position. * Arm rests are very low. I'm only 5'5" tall and are two low when folded in the down position. * Construction of seat bottom looks substandard and not very well done. We will see how it stands the test of time.. Jose. FL. In our house, we’ve been through about a dozen different office chairs (thanks to working from home and teenagers who sit in theirs for both homework and gaming). We’ve tried a number of different brands of office and gaming chairs at different price points. And unfortunately, we were disappointed in this chair for the price. The chair looked nice, had a comfortable but breathable mesh seat, and claimed to have all the features we tend to look for: adjustable seat height, arm height, headrest, and lumbar support. The foot rest looked like a nice bonus. But once we put the chair together, we found we could not make the seat height or lumbar support adjust. It isn’t clear whether the hydraulic switches were malfunctioning, but if so, the manufacturer may be able to provide support or a replacement and fix the issue. The headrest only moved a small amount to adjust it, and this was not controlled by the same switches. It was also very tough to move up and down to the right height. The footrest was also difficult to pull out to use. The star-shaped base was plastic and came with some scuffs on it. I loved that the chair came with a good assembly manual. However, some steps were lacking in detail and were very small to try to see.. Emily. Snohomish, WA. Mon Jun 22 2026

This chair is a great, affordable option. Very easy to assemble, classic look that goes with any office. I love that the arms flip up to store it flush with the desk. It’s pretty comfy, not luxurious but far better than the previous chair we had. I also like that it’s breathable mesh since it can get hot in the office.. Lori. Chandler, AZ. Sat May 09 2026

It takes quite a bit to put it together but if you’ve assembled chairs before, nothing special about this one. I personally didn’t like the wheels as they feel small and seem to be made of a lower quality plastic. However, the seat itself is really comfy and the cushion for the back is nice too. It works for taller people which I really appreciated. Although it uses lower quality plastic parts, I’m still giving it 5 stars as it’s super comfortable and pretty sturdy!. Diana. Williston, VT. Overall Rating 3.55 Stars – Good Functionality, Disappointing Material Quality I’ve been using this chair for approximately three and a half years, exclusively at home, and I’ve always taken good care of it. Unfortunately, the materials have started to deteriorate. As shown in the attached photo, left armrest has developed a long crack across the surface. Additionally, the seat cushion foam has started to develop an unpleasant odor, which is disappointing and makes the chair less comfortable to use. On the positive side, all the mechanical functions and adjustments are still working properly. I haven’t experienced any issues with the chair’s overall functionality. However, considering that the chair has only been used indoors under normal conditions and has been well maintained, I expected the upholstery and seat cushion materials to last longer than three years. Overall, it’s a functional chair with good mechanical durability, but the quality and longevity of the upholstery and cushioning materials could be significantly better. My overall rating is 3.5 out of 5 stars. The chair still works well, but the deterioration of the materials and the unpleasant odor prevent me from giving it a higher rating.. Ahmet. Rego Park, NY. This is a great chair! I’m not in it all day, so I can’t say how that would be, but for a few hours a day, it is definitely awesome. My only issue is the armrests. I have just put the chair together, the instruction were clean, the screws were all there and they provided more just in case. So far, only after an hour or so, the chair is good, the armrests are good, I would of liked them to go higher but then again, I am tall but still, they do pivot which is nice. The chair is comfortable to an extent and tilt and the headrest is good. I will update this in a while when I have used it more. The colour which is pink is gorgeous by the way! This chair is so perfect. Was looking for a chair for my grand daughter's bedroom that had a very small profile. The base of these wheels are less than 2 feet across and the chair is small with no arms so it will easily slide all the way under her desk. Don't let the small size fool you. This chair is sturdyt. It hold up to 250 pounds! It took just a couple of minutes to assemble... without any tools. Everything simply snaps together. It's super comfortable and the material is like a faux leather that will be easy to keep clean. So happy with this purchase!. Brenda. Sandy, UT. Fri Oct 02 2026
