I actually purchased the 5-drawer file cabinet, so this may not be correct. In any case, it arrived very well packaged, and all pieces were accounted for. It took me a few hours to assemble it on my own, but the instructions were well done and I didn't have any issues. One of the smaller drawers sticks a little when I open it, but otherwise the drawers are smooth to operate, there is plenty of space. Looks great, is sturdy, and holds 3-4 Banker Boxes of files. I wish the Washington Cherry finish was a bit lighter in color - but it is still pretty. Clear instructions. I called Sauder Customer Service with a question and quickly got the advice I needed to finish assembly. I did not expect much from this file cabinet as I was unboxing the pieces and separating them. The particle board is a lower grade, and the instructions were very poorly written. As the project progressed to the finished product, I was more than pleasantly surprised and pleased. It turned out that this is a very nice 2-drawer file cabinet that definitely serves the purpose. The wood grain veneer is very nice looking and the stay-closed file drawer slides are a bonus. It comes with heavy duty plastic file dividers and guides.
