Very easy to put together! My husband and I assembled it in about two hours after spending a half hour organizing all the parts. I highly recommend watching the assembly video on the Grain Wood Furniture website—the video is for the two-door armoire, but it’s very similar and helpful. We’ve assembled quite a few pieces of furniture, and this one is exceptionally well made. We did make one mistake by using the wrong screw, so be sure to pay close attention to the directions. I love this piece so much! It’s sturdy and putting it together was extremely easy, the instructions were easy to follow. Beautiful piece of furniture and incredibly well made. Solid wood pieces with a gorgeous cherry wood (mocha) finish. Easy to follow instructions. The doors were a bit challenging to mount but with two people it’s doable. It’d be a struggle with one person I think. My only ‘complaint’ is the limited number of shelves. The “rustic” antique black looks nice, but due to the ROUGH texture of the wood I think it will be extremely hard to dust. The dust clothe will catch in the wood. For the cost, I think I should have kept looking. I also believe that photos of the lower section should have been available to view. I do “like” the armoire, but I don’t “love” it. I guess it will do the job. I hung coats & jackets from the clothes rod and beneath the shelf I installed I put my capris. I used the other shelf in the lower section and placed my jeans in there. It’s very roomy. Note, it states there are 3 shelves and there were only 2 actual shelves in the unit. I guess if you placed 2 shelves in the upper section that you would have 3 separate spaces if you count the bottom of the upper area as the 3rd shelf. Hope picture helps if you’re trying to decide..
