Some of the description is quite confusing. Such as cleaning after each use. I need a full time mattress. Thanks for your service Purdy J. Washington DC. Purdy. Washington, Dc. Sun Jun 28 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this for mattress for my teenage son's room. He was ready for a good mattress. Overall we are very happy with this one. He says it is very comfortable, gives great support and he likes that the mattress isn't firm but on the softer side. He is a tall boy so it seems to be holding up good for the past month that he has been sleeping on it. His only complaint is that he would of liked to feel the cooling gels more. This mattress is used when we have guest as well. My mom slept on it and she gave her stamp of approval. Believe me when I say that my Mom would let me know if she didn't like it. My dad has also slept on it a few times and he also likes it but would of liked a more firmer mattresses (he is strange). Overall it is a very good mattress. I don't find it firm at all so if that is what you are looking for move on but if you want a soft/comfy mattress this is the one for you.. Aztracy. Phoenix, AZ. Thu Oct 13 2022

This is my absolute favorite mattress! I have 1 in my master bedroom and now 1 in my guest bedroom. I also bought my daughter this mattress! I plan to get another for my second guest room as well! Kinda firm but also soft. Ive had other firm mattresses that I would wake up in the night with my body aching because it was too hard. I had spinal fusion on my lower back and too soft of a bed doesn't work. This mattress has been a game changer!. Tina. Watford City, ND. Thu Sep 17 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As you can see, the room hasn't been updated in 10 + years including our mattress.. this has been an actual game changer!!!! It feels really nice, medium feel, i dont feel like i sink in but it also doesnt feel like a board. It almost curves to my body and I have been getting such a great night's sleep with this mattress!!! I am a plus size person and between me and my husband its well over 550+ pounds of weight but it has been working out for us. We've been using this mattress for almost 60 days and it feels the same as the first day we got it! Comfortable, doesnt sink for our weight and so far I love laying in bed without getting some type of soreness from sleeping "wrong". Its definitely the mattress you use that causes this.. in love with our new mattress!!!!. Anonymous. Mon Oct 12 2026

Only complain is that it’s a bit high for my bed. Other than that it’s perfect. The first few days I slept on the mattress I was a bit sore. I have come to learn that sometimes happens with a new mattress, your body needs to get used to it. It’s nice having the extra pillow top cushioning on the mattress. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this bed in Queen size and medium firmness for our son’s room. Me personally, I like soft beds for my achy joints and I’m a side-sleeper, but firmer beds are better for young kids so I’ll give my opinions as best as I can. It’s truly medium firm— not so firm I feel like I’m sleeping on the floor, but not so soft that it conforms to my body shape. As a side-sleeper, I did feel the pressure in my shoulders after napping for a couple hours, but nothing too crazy. It’s not super bouncy which is great ‘cause you won’t feel it when someone moves on the other side. I feel like it has great edge support also as it doesn’t buckle under me at 180 lbs and actually feels slightly more concave towards the middle than the edges. Feels like a good, quality mattress if you can get it in a firmness that fits you.. Sachak. Sat Aug 29 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! The Serta Perfect Sleeper is so plush and soft! It is comfortable but still has some firmness to it. Sometimes when you get new furniture it has a smell and this did not at all which meant we could set it up and sleep on it with no problem. Since it’s plush and thick we did need a bigger pocket on the bottom sheet but otherwise it fit well with our other bedding and the bed frame. So far it’s been a great sleep!. Jenniferm. 10” thick mattresses of good quality are hard to find especially in local stores. Serta came through on this one. Definitely not too soft. May add a topper later. Wanted a 10” to keep the height down since our platform bed is already 16” high and we really don’t care for high beds. And it’s light enough that we can rotate it ourselves.. Anonymous.
