This mattress is exactly what I needed! I moved into a furnished apartment with a very soft mattress. One night on this firm mattress and my back already feels so much better. I slept like a rock. It was packaged very well, and it was easy to open. It was much heavier than I was expecting (who knew mattresses were heavy?) so keep in mind you might need some help. Whoever said this mattress was soft, fight me, because y’all lied. The bed did fully inflate within the recommended 72 hours. It probably would have been ready around 24 hours, but we followed the directions and let it sit the full 72. It also had no smell, which was a plus. I absolutely love this mattress. Im actually getting a better nights sleep now. Its made really well and is a nice looking mattress. It didnt take long for it to rise up to the full 12 inches.
