Great quality mattress, giving it four stars only because, while the title indicates firm, the description on the sight rates it right in the middle of plush and firm-exactly at medium, which is what I wanted. I was able to buy a topper and I actually love that I have the firm support for my lower back and a little squish on top for comfort. The mattress is very well made, no sagging off the side of the bed when sitting, it didn’t have much of a smell when unboxing, fully “inflated” and aired out for a few days as instructed before easily plopping it onto the Wayfair foundation I bought to match!. I researched many mattresses before deciding on this one. It's for my guest room and won't get daily use, but I still wanted a good quality mattress, which this seems to be! So far, I’m in love! Just unboxed and letting take more shape for the day before we sleep on it tonight but, wow! Our last mattress was a Puffy, all foam, and plush. It was wayyyy too soft for us and was killing our backs. So I took a chance on this after reading the reviews and getting in for the sale. Best decision ever! I’m not exaggerating. It’s not even fully formed yet but I know it’s going to be a massive improvement and just what we needed for better back support. The shallow pillow top adds a softness that’s needed so you don’t feel like you’re sleeping on the ground. But the firm structure underneath is absolutely incredible. The best of both worlds!
