I have had neck problems for 5 years and I have been searching for a comfortable pillow for all of that time. I don't like a thick pillow and this one seems to be the most comfortable so far. I have spent way more money than this one cost and used that pillow for one to two nights and never used it again. I have slept the best I have for years since I got this pillow.. Anonymous. Definitely as advertised. Very fair price and the pillows are definitely between a medium and firm pillow. After sleeping on them all night they fluff back up to their normal shape. The pillows give just enough to feel comfortable yet support your head and neck well. I would probably prefer a little firmer pillow but I am looking forward to see how well these pillows hold up over time compared to my firm Serta pillows they replaced.. Joseph. Glen Allen, VA. The pillows are NOT very flat, very thin like Im reading in some reviews. Theyre not ultra high loft but theyre definitely not flat, thin. When I sleep on my side it raises my head up a little too much but the pillows arent fully broken in either. Ive had them for almost a year now.
