I ordered the 22" with feather insert, which was expensive but it's a very nice pillow. It took a while to arrive and came in a plastic bag - I guess I was expecting a box due to the expense, but it arrived in good condition. As others have stated, the color is a little more pinkish than shown and I've tried to show photos more representive of what I received, but then again, monitors vary. Instead of the zipper being at one end, the is a fold in the fabric where the zipper is located, so you will never see it no matter how you choose to lay the pillow down.
