These sheets are amazing. They are 100% cotton and fit my extra tall mattress without moving or shifting through the night and being 100% cotton are breathable. These sheets are not particularly thick. The pillow cases barely hold a standard sized pillow. The top sheet only overhangs the top of the bed by 10 inches on each side so there is not a whole lot of extra sheet width. The elastic all the way around the fitted sheet is a really nice feature.
