Got this mattress in a twin size and it is very nice and tall! Firm and good quality but very soft top cushion. My son loves it! The sides are a little easy to collapse and roll off if you’re squishing up close to the edge. Heavy and good quality.. Amelia. Hortonville, WI. Thu Sep 03 2026

This mattress was a great bargain for the price. Plumped up instantly and is quite comfortable as well. Feels firm but is not too firm. The cooling top is a nice feature also. The reason for (4) star review is that it is a little noisy when getting on and off, hoping that will improve over time. Overall really nice mattress.. Melanie. Salem, UT. Sat Oct 10 2026

This mattress in a box came just as described. I will say that it is mostly springs with a memory foam topper on top. We have a Casper hybrid mattress and it seemed more 5050 than this one did. It has handles on the side which make it very easy to move around. Overall, this is a nice mattress for the kids room!. Ryan. Kannapolis, NC. Sun Nov 30 2025

Got the 14 inch full and it is HEFTY. The pillow top is soft and thick. The mattress is pretty bouncy and shifty in the bed frame but its pretty supportive. Good for a single sleeper! I ordered the 14-inch King size hybrid mattress. The box was mutilated upon delivery and re-taped. However, the way the mattress was wrapped tightly in a thick plastic, the mattress was not disturbed. I will warn you this type of mattress being a hybrid, when you unseal the plastic, will fly abruptly open and I would highly recommend opening it up in the room you plan on setting it up, especially a king size. The first night wasnt good for me. Luckily, I gave it another night and I did so because the mattress really felt comfortable. I guess your body knows that something is different and I am a very light sleeper. After a week of sleeping on the mattress I am really pleased, so is my husband. We dont overheat as our last mattress was all foam and would retain heat amongst being a little too stiff. I will say that the material on the bottom of this mattress is not the same great quality as the rest. Even though you dont see it, it should have the same quality all over hence why I gave 4 stars, otherwise its perfect. The old mattress is out and this one will stay!. Michelle. PA. Thu Dec 04 2025

My old mattress started sagging in the middle, and I didn’t want the hassle of shopping in stores or waiting around for delivery, so I ordered a mattress in a box from Wayfair. I let it inflate for a full twenty four hours, and it’s incredibly comfortable. I love that it’s black too, since my kids often jump into bed with me and spill things, so it hides any stains. I added a waterproof topper, and that first night sleeping on it was completely comfortable. Wayfair for the win.. Sherease. El Paso, TX. Mon Aug 31 2026

The mattress came very well packaged and was really easy to set up. We just unrolled it, took off the plastic, and watched it grow. It works and fits perfectly on my adjustable bed. It could be a little softer for being a plush mattress but I've been sleeping on it just fine and woke up today with no back pain. I am really happy with this mattress.. A. Jeanette. WI. The bed is very heavy but also extremely comfortable. It took a couple of days to fully expand. The cooking nature of the gel layer is very nice, especially in the Midwest heat. The mattress is very high quality and I would highly recommend.. Kristin. Burnsville, MN. Mon Aug 24 2026
