Good. A little firm which I expected, I bought it planning to sort of build my own mattress with this as a base, I added a 2” wool topper and it’s perfect for me now. It's so freaking thick! This is my first latex bed after having a memory foam for over ten years. My biggest issue was my hip and having the right firm support underneath so my mid-section doesn't sink, but still feeling the fibers adjust to my body contour. Our 100% organic Kingston mattress is an excellent choice for those looking for a temperature regulating, and pressure-relieving product. I was sent the wrong Mattress. I guess. It was not the Mattress in the listing. However, the customer service was great and they handled it immediately. This mattress does not have a zipper and the thickness and hardness cannot be changed like the one in the picture that was listed at the time I purchased it. It is supposed to be plush, but if you know anything about more natural mattresses usually the lush is not anywhere near as plush as the synthetic ones. This bed is incredible. Seriously. I'm a person who really needs a firm but comfortable sleep. I work at various locations, requiring many overnights. The company bed lacked support -- part of that being the plastic-encased mattress and the other, the frame which doesn't use slats or a foundation, latticed metal. That leads to a sagging in the middle where most of the weight is. Well...before buying a foundation, I thought I'd try a mattress that was made to be portable. I've had nothing but bad luck with finding a quality mattress over the past few years and was aware of the Plush Bed brand, but my experience with latex mattresses thus far was disappointing to say the least -- they lacked SUPPORT for my lower back, and I still had some pressure points. Thankfully, NONE of those are issues with this mattress. First...this mattress is organic -- very nice to not be breathing chemicals or ingesting them through my skin. The cover is organic and proudly says so. Secondly, it is talalay latex made by Plush Bed's special process. And thirdly, since they roll compress this versus vacuum seal it, you will be AMAZED at how quickly this fluffs up. You can sleep on it in minutes. No outgassing issue whatsoever. And, if I'm correct, it is made in America. The very best thing is...a great night of sleep while on the road, night after night. No more hip, knee or ankle discomfort. Before purchasing this, I went over to the manufacturer to read the testimonials, and many of the RV owners stated that this bed was BETTER than the one they had at home, as in more comfortable and more supportive. The framework itself was beautiful when you opened it up. The only thing you had to do was attached to legs. As far as working it operates beautifully. We love it since the day we put it in we went with a 14 inch mattress on top of it because we wanted a little bit more cushion with the foam and it raised the bed up about 2 1/2 inches so it was easier for us at our age to slide out of bed instead of sitting up and standing up overall very good quality for the purchase.
