This is a great mattress for the price! It arrived wrapped really tightly and unfurled quite quickly. So I suggest placing it on the bed framebox spring before unwrapping. The package came with a tool for cutting the plastic safely so opening it was easy. We gave it the full 72 hours before using it and as you can see by the pictures, it came out great. The mattress reached its full shape quickly and had very little odor. The comfort is outstanding. The combination of gel memory foam and individually encased coils provides the perfect balance of support and cushioning. It feels medium-firm as advertised, offering great pressure relief while still keeping my back properly supported. I wake up feeling rested and without the aches I experienced with my old mattress. This mattress has been great for my 13yo so far. She is an athlete who has to dive a lot for balls and was complaining of her plush (old) mattress. This was shipped super fast and feels like good quality. Please pay attention to the instructions on how to open.
