This bed is very good looking. It took myself and another person 4+ plus hours to put together. One issue we keep running into is that the clips don’t fit in the bottom bunk so the little cross bars for stability just keep popping out. The instructions make it seem like it should pop right in there, but it works for the top bunk and not the bottom unfortunately.. Maegan. South Carolina. Wed Sep 30 2026

This twin XL over queen bunk bed effectively combines fun and functionality for a design both kids and parents will love. It has a pine wood frame that comes in a distinctive finish of your choice to suit your children's style. An angled ladder makes it easy to access to the top bunk, while guardrails surround it for extra safety. Slatted headboards and footboards as well as flush, color-matched hardware create a clean, modern look. Slat kits are included, so there's no need to worry about box springs. Just get the appropriate mattresses (sold separately), and you're good to go.

My 10 year old has the top bunk and my 2 year old has the bottom.. while it is a beautiful bed, I will say that when my 10 year old at 110 pounds moves around you can definitely feel movement and wobbling from below, but there is a steel bar that runs underneath the top bunk that reassures me that it is secure. It took us a about 3 hours to build, just make sure that the headboard and footboard are in the right facing position bc we had to redo ours. I also will note that the headboard and footboard slats dont fit in snuggly and are wobbly. Pine wood is a softer wood and I am already aware of some dings and dents but am still happy that this is not an MDF product so should hope last still for some years. Overall, still a better price point than big box stores and the value is there for us and our family. Would recommend knowing that its not perfect but functional.. Kerisah. Matthews, NC. The bed arrives in 3 heavy boxes. The directions are not as clear as building LEGOs, but we were able to follow them. There are a lot of pieces, so it took quite a few hours to assemble. Some of the pieces were scuffed and slightly damaged upon arrival, but not bad enough that we wanted them to be replaced. The bed is large and heavy when it's completely done, so make sure you have it where you want it as you complete the last few steps. The light in the shelf is cool, but the controls to turn it on/off are kind of weird, and the instructions suggest putting it in a place that you can't reach once the bed is assembled, so that doesn't make any sense. Overall, a pretty nice bed for the price, but definitely an investment in time/energy putting it together.. Anonymous. Tue Aug 18 2026

Give your kids a fun place to sleep with this classic twin bunk bed. It features a clean-lined silhouette and an open slat design on the foot and headboard that gives it a touch of traditional appeal. A built-in ladder is included to give your little one easy access from the top of the bunk to the bottom, while handy detachable guardrails help keep them secure while they sleep. Plus, a convenient slat system on both beds eliminates the need for a box spring. A mattress is required for this piece.

Worth the extra little bit for the latter that comes off of the bed. It’s very good quality!. Summer. Long Beach, MS. Wed Sep 02 2026

Its 49" low-profile height is perfect for younger kids, making the upper bunk easy to reach without steep or challenging climbs. Made from strong engineered wood, this bed is designed to last while keeping safety in mind. The top bunk is equipped with 14" guardrails, providing extra security for active sleepers. Assembly is straightforward, and the versatile ladder can be placed on either side to fit any room layout. Compact and functional, the Twin Over Twin Low Bunk Bed is an excellent solution for shared spaces, offering comfort, durability, and flexibility at an affordable price.

This bed has suited our family's needs well, so far. It seems pretty sturdy, isn't too high so I'm not concerned when my 3 year old climbs up. My 5 year old is on the lower bunk and can sit up without hitting her head. The slats on the bottom bunk allow the mattress to be elevated off of the floor. The reason I gave it 4 stars was for assembly. While I found the directions clear, there were two items mislabeled and I did not realize until I was halfway through construction. I had to completely disassemble to fix the issue. So I would recommend double checking the hole placements in the photos along with the labels on each piece to confirm that you are using the correct piece at each step. Another issue that I had was one screw broke during assembly, another has broken off since, and there was 1 screw missing. The bed turned out in the end and we're happy with it. I did like how well everything was packaged. It seems to be of good quality.. Tammie. Dayton, OH. Wed Jun 10 2026
