Whether it's books, clothes or toys, everything will find its own place. Actual colors may vary slightly due to the photographic light or your monitor settings.

Update: This took 5 inexperienced people weeks to put together because it has so many parts. My daughter and her friend accidentally dropped the stair part over when assembling it and the screws ripped right through the top. Wayfair was kind and sent us new parts to replace them quickly. I got stickers to cover the screws because I don't like the big visible screw look. My daughter loves the ample storage and the food use of space in her room. I have not put this together yet but it arrived quickly and when I peeked in the box the wood was high quality and had a better finish then expected.. Anonymous. Tue Jan 14 2025

I was extremely happy with this purchase. I wish the screws had been labeled a little more clearly, but I was very happy with the quality of the frame and the screws. Everything fit together securely. The process did take me about 5 hours, and I think a portion of the issue was trying to clearly identify which screws were which. All in all, I would recommend the bed as a great purchase.. Colleen. Cantonment, FL. Wed Jul 01 2026

Montessori Autonomy, Multi-Layered Storage Armor—The Solid Wood Floor Bed Engineered as a Safe, Independent Sanctuary for Your Child The toddler transition is the most critical and challenging phase in parenting—a delicate balance between encouraging early independence and ensuring absolute physical safety. The Solid Wood Kids Floor Bed with Storage and Guardrails is masterfully sculpted to honor this journey of childhood growth. Moving away from traditional high beds that invite falls or restrictive cribs that limit autonomy, this magnificent masterpiece marries the gentle philosophy of Montessori floor-level living with the high-utility logic of integrated bookcases and storage drawers, bringing a boutique showroom elegance straight to your child's room layout. We engineered this high-performance toddler foundation for the design-conscious parent who demands uncompromising physical safety alongside classic, functional craftsmanship. The true structural victory lies within its "Growth-First" architecture: while the low-to-ground design lets your child explore and crawl into bed independently, the 360-degree guardrails wrap them in a secure, protective cocoon. Finished with an eco-friendly, non-toxic natural wood finish that sits safely on the floor, it delivers an enduring, life-proof haven that evolves as your child grows.

It’s a solid bed. I highly recommend it as a transition after the crib, as it sits low and it’s easy to get in and out of. It took a little while to get together on my own, but it’s pretty easy once you separate everything out. Once it was together, it was easily able to be moved from one room to another. However! The “brown” isn’t very dark at all. It’s just slightly darker than the natural color selection, so keep that in mind when selecting your color option. Overall, I love its functionality that I don’t care that much about the color (I mean once it’s covered in blankets, stuffed animals, and stickers, who really cares!). Allison. Erie, PA. **UPDATE** You will definitely need another set of hands to help you put this together! Power good help speed things along but in all, it took about 3hrs to put this together. The instructions are helpful, but they do not show the complete piece. Be mindful of the position of the parts as we had flip a part around after a section was together. Annoying, but not difficult. The bed seems very sturdy as well so I am glad my son has a bed he loves and is excited to put together for his new room.. Nicholas. El Paso, TX. Mon Feb 19 2024

Great bed for small spaces. The steps and bed are sturdy enough for an adult.. Anonymous. Fri Jul 31 2026

This bed has lots of storage space. It contains one drawer and two shelves. The underside of the stairs can also be used for storage. There is plenty of space under the bed, which can be used for storage or as a place for children to play. The actual color may vary slightly depending on the shooting Angle and display settings.

Looks good, no surprises there. I was skeptical of the quality during installation but turned out pretty solid. The pieces are not all labeled and some of the pieces are not sequentially in the same box. Also some pieces arrived with saw dust still on them.. Melissa. NJ. Sun Sep 06 2026
