This is exactly the hood range that I was looking for. I needed one that did not need to be ducted outside so it needed to be recirculating, and I had a hard time finding one in black and in the size that I needed which was 30 inches. Luckily Wayfair had exactly what I needed. Unfortunately I have to wait a few weeks before the electrician could come in to do the work but I wanted to get the review posted. I am sure it will fit perfectly and do exactly what I needed to do. Linda. Charlton, NY. Mon Aug 24 2026

This was delivered super fast. It was packaged well. It was what we were looking for, and now that I’ve got it installed and used it a few times, I can say it works so well, and I love it. I knocked a star off because there are some frustrating (welding) stains on the stainless steel, and I got cut on a piece of sharp metal that was sticking out of it. Other than that, it’s a dream, and for the price, I don’t think we could have gotten even close with another option. One feature that would be nice that it doesn’t seem to have is two light settings - both settings seem the same. Still love it.. Elyssa. Rochester, NY. Mon Sep 22 2025

The PLFL 832 is a low-profile range hood insert with impressive power. It features a 1000 CFM single blower that will keep your kitchen air clean and fresh. 1000 CFM is probably more power than most people will need. Luckily, this vent hood insert has variable speed, so you can adjust between four different blower speeds with ease. Just use the push buttons on the underside of the hood. Our goal is to keep you focused on cooking delicious meals in the kitchen, which is why we have dishwasher-safe baffle filters! Think of all the time you would spend scrubbing away at the tough grease and grime produced from cooking exhaust. But we keep things simple with the 832; just toss the filters into your dishwasher!
