[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Range is an excellent choice for a 36 in gas range. It has 6 burners that can be adjusted from full on all the way down to a simmer. The 6 burners have a great ratio of large, medium, and small burners ti fit any pot size you have. The rapid boil feature on the large burners is amazing! I’ve never gotten water to boil this fast ever on any range I have had in the past! I haven’t used all of the many oven settings yet. I have used the bake, convention bake, broiler , slow roast, air fryer, and convection roast. All worked amazingly! I haven’t used the self-cleaning feature yet, but if it is as good as the cooking modes, it will be just fine. The digital display is very nice, it walks you through every step for each cooking mode. The burner knobs also light up when a burner is on. The love range appearance, it is very nice, My only complaint about this range, is it only comes with one oven rack glide. If you don’t have glides on each level you can set an oven rack, the rack will not be able to slide out. If you try, the rack just drops down to the open oven door. I had to order a couple more to add to my oven and they are pricey. The oven should come with slides for each rack level in the oven. To me It’s a safety issue. I especially appreciate the largest "power" burner (front right) for getting things boiling so quickly! The oven is spacious and preheats quicker than my previous gas oven. I haven't used the air fry oven feature yet, but I am looking forward to using it in the near future and possibly getting rid of my counter top air fryer and getting back more counter space. The stove top is very streamlined. These stove top grates will fit in my dishwasher, saving me from hand washing them. Love this stove! I have wanted a gas stove for a while now. We got this and had the gas line hooked up. I love the way it looks in my kitchen. The burners look great and it has 5 of them. The one on the front right is a double burner. The middle one can be used with a griddle but you will have to buy that separately. The oven heats up very fast and I love the one rack that extends out so you don't have to pull the rack out to check your food. You can do it right there. It cooks very evenly and I have had no problems. To set the oven temp you use one of the nobs, this is different for me and will take some getting used to but not terrible, just different. amazing! We love our new range!! It was thousands less than others that we looked at. I called our Appliance Repair man prior to purchasing… Just to ensure that I would have someone local to help. Should anything go wrong. They were familiar with the brand and we purchased in confidence. The oven seems to need a tiny calibration… And even on convection, it heats a little unevenly. But considering how gorgeous this is and how well all of the burners work… We have absolutely no complaints! For the money.... I don't know why someone would spend $5-10,000 on a Viking unless you owned a busy restaurant and wanted to keep it 50 years. This has gas broiling in the main oven (not in the drawer)... the center burner is perfect for stir fry / Wok cooking, and the other burners have various sizes for your BTU needs.
