Received right on time for the holidays and it’s working like a charm. It looks even better in person.. Reynold. Trumbull, CT. Wed Dec 03 2025

The Treviso Downdraft is chic, simple, and simply spectacular. Out of sight when not in use for those coveted open kitchen sightlines, this one-and-done hidden downdraft has everything you need, and nothing you don’t. A sleek, efficient louver makes this a very visually pleasing solution for nearly any kitchen.

Replaced an older downdraft system from the 90s, this unit was best for me because beneath the countertop, the motor can be movedpositioned either in front of or behind the unit. It rises much taller than my previous unit and seems to have decent strength, although of course, nothing will compare to a hood mounted above the cooktop.. Elizabeth. NY. Wed Jan 21 2026

Ideal for small kitchens or for island settings where ceilings are too high for ducting, Sorrento rises to the occasion. The brushed stainless steel filter unit houses quiet, efficient centrifugal blowers. An automatic heat sensor adjusts blowers in high-heat conditions. The press of a button lets you conveniently raise and lower this hood.

Out with the old unit in with the new in under 2 hours looks good fits well much quieter than the old Broan unit.. Christopher. Smyrna, GA. Mon Jun 13 2022

Works very good Easy to put in. Peggy. Jefferson, GA. Wed Oct 14 2020

The Scirocco Plus down draft is perfect for island installations, where an overhead canopy would be obstructive, or wall installations where cabinet space is at a premium. With a reversible motor box, the hood can fit behind a range top, cooktop or cooktop/oven combo.

Received product and it was inoperable.. Ashley. Houston, TX. Tue Jun 30 2026

This thing is pretty amazing actual. My only complaint is the dial to raise and lower the hood/CFM speed. The metal dial itself is of nice construction but the black bezel that surrounds it feels cheap.. Sean. Topeka, KS. Tue Jan 26 2021

The Scirocco Lux downdraft hood is positioned next to the cooktop to ensure efficient extraction. The integrated LED light bar illuminates the cooking area, enhancing visibility and convenience. The Scirocco Lux features a reversible motor box, allowing it to fit seamlessly behind a range top, cooktop, or cooktop/oven combo. 5" Side-mounted telescopic downdraft vent. The hood can be mounted next to any freestanding or slide-in range.

I love it, so far. It's been three days, so time will tell the real story.. Keith. Olympia Fields, IL. Sun Jul 23 2017

The innovative downdraft system was compatible with virtually all self-contained cooktops. Sleek, trim styling complements any cooktop style or color. Automatically raises into position with the touch of a button. Disappears flush with the cooktop surface. Space-saving design lets you make the most of precious, under-counter cabinet space. Infinitely adjustable speed control is flush with the side of the unit; inconspicuous, yet easy to reach and simple to use. The blower discharges right, left, or down and slides side-to-side to ease installation (insufficient space for built-in ovens). The front access panel allows easy cleaning.

The product arrived late due to "weather" however there was no weather issues along the route. Once it arrived the package was severely damaged. There were loose screws floating around and the styrofoam used to support hood was busted and no longer protecting the unit. We have not installed the unit yet to see if it functions but there were minor metal pieces bent. The pieces bent looking salvageable so hopefully it works once installed. I usually have better luck with shipping from Wayfair.. Amanda. Olympia, WA. Wed Dec 14 2022
