With professional cast-metal knobs, subtle LED accents, and haptic feedback, you’ll enjoy both form and function in your everyday cooking. Inside, the true convection oven is engineered for versatility. With built-in Air Fryer, Dehydrator, and Pro Pizza Modes, you can cook everything from crispy fries to authentic New York–style pizza at home. The oven reaches up to 660°F sustained heat, while precision is ensured with the included digital meat probe.

I absolutely love this range. There are multiple burner sizes and the weighted control knobs provide controlled, tactile feedback which I greatly prefer over digital burner controls! The ranges are also wonderful and I like the slide out sturdy rack system. If I could improve this item, I would make an adapter shelf to fill the hole in the air fryer rack when you remove the actual basket because if you leave the rack in without the basket then there is a big hole in the very nice slide out rack which feels wasteful because it then requires removal of the entire unit instead of just the basket .. After months of research I found the one! The oven temperature is accurate and the burners are hot! It does take time for the oven temperature to cool down after baking. The taste of tradition, with a modern twist. The perfect blend of past and present, creating the very heart of your home. Nostalgie is the range of cooking systems that combines elegant retro aesthetic inspiration with cutting-edge technologies. Nostalgie range cookers integrate highly professional technologies and excellent materials with a classic style that is always inspiring. Noblesse frames are more than just a detail: They are a fine design feature that frames the front panels, matching the metallic finishes of the handles and knobs. The blind door inspired by the past is another option that elegantly enriches the style of Nostalgie.

I originally had the Nostalgie I bought a little over two years ago. I had a lot of trouble, such as loud ventilations fans (that sounded like an emergency broadcast signal), uneven cooking, temperature swings of over 100 degrees, not all burners working, and misaligned doors that resulted in the small oven door opening whenever the large oven door was opened. All these problems have been fixed. The ventilation fans are super quiet. The burners work great. The temperature is even throughout (baking a cake was the test) and the oven temp is rock solid (I didn't even see the temperature change at all during the 15 minutes that I was monitoring it with a temperature probe.) Of course the great thing that hasn't changed about the Nostalgie is its looks, which has always been the case and is obvious just by looking at the photo. I highly recommend the Nostalgie II - saves a lot of money over the La Cornue or Aga with just as much beauty and functionality.. Kent. Mon Sep 22 2025
