Upgrade your kitchen with the 48-inch Induction Range and Convection Oven from Induction Hardware, designed for homeowners who demand both luxury and performance. This compact yet powerful range combines chef-quality induction cooking with a feature-rich convection oven, delivering faster, safer, and cleaner cooking than traditional gas or electric appliances. The induction cooktop uses advanced magnetic technology to heat cookware directly, boiling water in under 90 seconds while maintaining unmatched low-heat precision for simmering delicate sauces. Its European ceramic glass surface, made in France, is tough, scratch-resistant, and cool to the touch when cookware is removed — offering industry-leading safety and effortless cleaning. With professional cast-metal knobs, subtle LED accents, and haptic feedback, you’ll enjoy both form and function in your everyday cooking. Inside, the true convection oven is engineered for versatility. With built-in Air Fryer, Dehydrator, and Pro Pizza Modes, you can cook everything from crispy fries to authentic New York–style pizza at home. The oven reaches up to 660°F sustained heat, while precision is ensured with the included digital meat probe.

I absolutely love this range. There are multiple burner sizes and the weighted control knobs provide controlled, tactile feedback which I greatly prefer over digital burner controls! The ranges are also wonderful and I like the slide out sturdy rack system. If I could improve this item, I would make an adapter shelf to fill the hole in the air fryer rack when you remove the actual basket because if you leave the rack in without the basket then there is a big hole in the very nice slide out rack which feels wasteful because it then requires removal of the entire unit instead of just the basket .. The taste of tradition, with a modern twist. The perfect blend of past and present, creating the very heart of your home. Nostalgie is the range of cooking systems that combines elegant retro aesthetic inspiration with cutting-edge technologies. Nostalgie range cookers integrate highly professional technologies and excellent materials with a classic style that is always inspiring. Noblesse frames are more than just a detail: They are a fine design feature that frames the front panels, matching the metallic finishes of the handles and knobs. The blind door inspired by the past is another option that elegantly enriches the style of Nostalgie.

I originally had the Nostalgie I bought a little over two years ago. I had a lot of trouble, such as loud ventilations fans (that sounded like an emergency broadcast signal), uneven cooking, temperature swings of over 100 degrees, not all burners working, and misaligned doors that resulted in the small oven door opening whenever the large oven door was opened. All these problems have been fixed. The ventilation fans are super quiet. The burners work great. The temperature is even throughout (baking a cake was the test) and the oven temp is rock solid (I didn't even see the temperature change at all during the 15 minutes that I was monitoring it with a temperature probe.) Of course the great thing that hasn't changed about the Nostalgie is its looks, which has always been the case and is obvious just by looking at the photo. I highly recommend the Nostalgie II - saves a lot of money over the La Cornue or Aga with just as much beauty and functionality.. Kent. Mon Sep 22 2025

This thing took FOREVER to arrive, but we knew that would be the case. It delayed home construction - the pandemic and supply chain issues to blame. Wayfair was generally ok with communication, definitely friendly, they just didn't have much info. ANYWAY - the range is beautiful. We haven't installed it yet, waiting for the plumber to get here - so I can't comment on the functionality. Dana. Vienna, VA. Fri Feb 25 2022

Beautiful and looks just like the pictures; however, the controls are a bit hard to understand and navigate. There are “duration” functions where you can turn cooking times on and off and it is difficult to tell whether they are on or not and for which oven.. oh and it only all for military time display. Not good for us. The oven worked as intended the first few days and then suddenly the small oven stopped heating. We can’t figure out why (is it the duration function or not? And no we are not tech-dumb - my husband is an engineer who can figure most anything out and this is our second Ilve but this one operates differently.. ) and now will need to call in a technician and spend more money on this. Right now not very pleased.. Ashley. Sat Jul 11 2026

The Induction Hardware 48 Inch Luxury Series Induction Range pairs an induction cooktop with two true convection ovens. Induction heats cookware directly and can boil water in under 90 seconds, and its ceramic glass surface, with glass from France, stays cool to the touch when cookware is removed. The ovens offer Air Fry, Dehydrate, Proof and a Pro Pizza mode with 660 degrees F sustained heat, plus an included digital meat probe. The ORION Edition pairs black stainless steel with gold knobs and handles.
