We opted to have the oven replaced. The replacement unit arrived within two (2) weeks. I cannot brag enough on Wayfair's Customer Service and Delivery Service as they did everything in their power to make our experience amazing. We received the replacement unit and it looks beautiful in my new kitchen. Wayfair excelled in my kitchen remodel project. I waited to review my range until I got to use it for a bit. So far this is the best oven I've used. The different size burners are very helpful, they emit a good amount of gas to heat the pots quickly (use thicker pots) . It's beautiful. I'm new to induction, so it's weird, so far, but I think that's about induction technology, not this stove. One super tiny complaint is the screws they give to put the black metal backsplash on are silver, so if your stove is in an island & you see the back of your stove, the screws stand out & look cheap. We bought this for our kitchen remodel and it fits right in. Looks great, clean lines, sleek. We added the black doors and matching hood. Performs wells also! The little oven hasn't fit as much just yet, but I'm sure I'll find some dish to fit in there. Summit Seems to be a nicely engineered product. This is the second appliance I have purchased of Summit Brand. I think it is so nice to be able to purchase a high quality item, made in USA, with high quality materials. The stove oven wraps the only 30 inch I found with glass top!
