We opted to have the oven replaced. The replacement unit arrived within two (2) weeks. I cannot brag enough on Wayfair's Customer Service and Delivery Service as they did everything in their power to make our experience amazing. We received the replacement unit and it looks beautiful in my new kitchen. Wayfair excelled in my kitchen remodel project. It's beautiful. I'm new to induction, so it's weird, so far, but I think that's about induction technology, not this stove. One super tiny complaint is the screws they give to put the black metal backsplash on are silver, so if your stove is in an island & you see the back of your stove, the screws stand out & look cheap. Summit Seems to be a nicely engineered product. This is the second appliance I have purchased of Summit Brand. I think it is so nice to be able to purchase a high quality item, made in USA, with high quality materials. The stove oven wraps the only 30 inch I found with glass top! Oven was received and had damaged edges that were broken, I contacted the help desk and was told to contact GE , the oven was ordered from Wayfair and payment was made to Wayfair not GE.
