Oven was received and had damaged edges that were broken, I contacted the help desk and was told to contact GE , the oven was ordered from Wayfair and payment was made to Wayfair not GE. Received my beautiful stove early and now just waiting on the remodel. Packaging looks undisturbed and delivery team kept me posted the day of delivery. Awesome experience. Upon installation of the stove, we discovered the unit wasnt working properly. Wayfair Customer Service acted quickly and gave us several options which included repair or replacement. We opted to have the oven replaced. The replacement unit arrived within two (2) weeks. I cannot brag enough on Wayfair's Customer Service and Delivery Service as they did everything in their power to make our experience amazing. We received the replacement unit and it looks beautiful in my new kitchen. Wayfair excelled in my kitchen remodel project. Summit Seems to be a nicely engineered product. This is the second appliance I have purchased of Summit Brand. I think it is so nice to be able to purchase a high quality item, made in USA, with high quality materials. The stove oven wraps the only 30 inch I found with glass top! I waited to review my range until I got to use it for a bit. So far this is the best oven I've used. The different size burners are very helpful, they emit a good amount of gas to heat the pots quickly (use thicker pots) . Immediately after receiving delivery and noticing the missing part, I called the 800-232-2174 number provided. A power cord was promised to me within 2-3 days. Thirteen (13) days later, after two calls from wayfair requesting I cancel the part order because one is already in the mail, I received a three (3) prong power cord. With its small footprint, it conserves space while providing all the functionality you need to cook healthy meals at home. To prepare for your delivery, please make sure that you have a 240-volt electric outlet with a four-foot electrical cord. Electrical cord not included.

The stove is smart-looking. There is only one rack for the oven. Adjustable width racks are sold on on-line sites, but I have not tried one. There was no broiler rack and pan. The one I have from my old stove fits well. The storage drawer is shorter than the bottom of the stove. My roasting pan and cooking spoons/forks/knives fit, but not regular cookie sheets which are too long for the drawer. Checking an oven thermometer is necessary to see if the oven has reached temperature when preheating, which one almost always needs to do unless merely toasting or thawing. The reason is that the oven light stays on after the oven has reached the set temperature; it is not designed to signal the correct temperature by turning off as is usual in all stoves I have ever used. Some bakers and cooks become apoplectic at that feature loss, but I can work with that and these other issues for the needed size. It's beautiful. I'm new to induction, so it's weird, so far, but I think that's about induction technology, not this stove. One super tiny complaint is the screws they give to put the black metal backsplash on are silver, so if your stove is in an island & you see the back of your stove, the screws stand out & look cheap.
