Speaking of clean up, you’ll be doing a lot less of it with this stainless hood. The extraction power and hybrid baffle filters work together to trap grease. No more spending hours scrubbing grease off of your cabinets and countertop. Best of all, you can run the filters through your next dishwasher load for easy cleaning. I've had this range hood for over 2 years now and it's worlds ahead of the recirculating option from the over-the-range microwave that I was using. I'm also using the re-circulating option on this device because I live in a condo without access to outside ductwork. It's not perfect but it is much better Some things to keep in mind for the recirculating option (may not apply to the vented): - all 3 fan options are basically the same strength/speed - steam will still occur above since it doesn't vent out - the odor-reduction relies heavily on the charcoal filters that you purchase (3rd party is available). Introducing model UC-PS10 under the cabinet range hood which features dual motors, powerful suction technology, and 3-speed variables. The slim profile makes it easy to fit 30-in standard cabinets and compact spaces. Includes LED bulbs with two lighting outputs, perfect for any setting, and easy-to-clean dishwasher-safe baffle filters.

This has worked out great we had a electrician install this. I enjoy the three-speed fan for low medium and high it appropriately pulls up the steam and smells of cooking. I really enjoy the feature that you can pull the grates down to be able to clean all of the grease off. The only tricky part is getting in between the slats as there's no way to completely disassemble those that I've been able to figure out at least so you do need to soak them for a while and use a sponge in between each slat so it is a little time-consuming but typically have only done it like four times a year. The metal can be quite sure if I did cut myself so be cautious. The lights that are built into this I don't think would be bright enough to illuminate an area we had additional lights put in to our nook. The fan itself is not terribly loud you can definitely hear it but it's more quiet than our last one and I don't think it's reasonable to think a fan is going to make no noise. Overall happy with this and would purchase another one if this broke for some reason. We have had this for almost 3 years now and it works like new.. Jackie. Rochester, NY. Thu Aug 04 2022

This is so amazing! Traded up from a 1993 hood. This is so quiet, but still powerful. The light is brighter. The hood is motion sensor, which is a little hard to get used to. But stays so much cleaner.. Lisa. Verona, WI. Wed Nov 20 2024
