It arrived quite quickly, protected by plastic wrap and white foam. Installation was a bit tricky—we had a very basic, older-style hood before—but this new one has incredible suction power. We are currently in the process of adding the ductwork to vent it outside. This hood is an excellent choice; it makes the kitchen look beautiful—I can't believe what a difference this change has made. I’m very happy with my new hood. It even came with towels and heat-resistant gloves, which was a nice surprise, even though I had seen them mentioned in the listing. It includes a paper template to show where to place the screws. That template is very efficient.. Jess. FL. Sat Jun 13 2026

Very impressive range hood for our mini kitchen remodel. We just had this installed by an electrician friend - took him about 2 hours, but that’s because our old one was not a plug in and he had to drill a couple holes in our cabinet. The fan works great and the lights are nice and bright. The fan is a tad loud but I don’t mind because it works so much better than our old one. It’s heavy, make sure you have someone helping to hold it up. Great look in our kitchen - now to add a backsplash!. Erin. Vero Beach, FL. Fri Jul 31 2026

This is a great upgrade for your kitchen hood. It just takes your kitchen up to a whole Nother level. Insulation was simple however, note that we did have to buy by the duct venting supplies theyre not included so we bought the coil hose and clamp and the heat resistant tape no big deal. This thing is so cool so nice. Its very quiet And the plus of having a remote control to operate to turn the lights on and off reduce section or increase section timer delay all that this is so nice another plus is you have a 10 year warranty so this is a 10 out of 10 in my opinion no more lousy clunkyhood range noises. Introducing model UC-PS10 under the cabinet range hood which features dual motors, powerful suction technology, and 3-speed variables. The slim profile makes it easy to fit 30-in standard cabinets and compact spaces. Includes LED bulbs with two lighting outputs, perfect for any setting, and easy-to-clean dishwasher-safe baffle filters.

This has worked out great we had a electrician install this. I enjoy the three-speed fan for low medium and high it appropriately pulls up the steam and smells of cooking. I really enjoy the feature that you can pull the grates down to be able to clean all of the grease off. The only tricky part is getting in between the slats as there's no way to completely disassemble those that I've been able to figure out at least so you do need to soak them for a while and use a sponge in between each slat so it is a little time-consuming but typically have only done it like four times a year. The metal can be quite sure if I did cut myself so be cautious. The lights that are built into this I don't think would be bright enough to illuminate an area we had additional lights put in to our nook. The fan itself is not terribly loud you can definitely hear it but it's more quiet than our last one and I don't think it's reasonable to think a fan is going to make no noise. Overall happy with this and would purchase another one if this broke for some reason. We have had this for almost 3 years now and it works like new.. Jackie. Rochester, NY. Thu Aug 04 2022

So far its great! We have had it installed (husband did it with his friend) for about 1 month. It is fairly quiet but really powerful on the highest level. Ive noticed. I haven't even had to use the highest level yet. The light is super bright. I wish there was more than one level to the light though. It was fairly easy and straightforward to unstall. The problem we had was our vent hole was smaller than the stencil overlay so we didnt know what to do initially. We figured it out, had to cut the hole! It worked out. So far we are very happy with it. We have open concept kitchen and smells do not float upstairs anymore! That was my major qualm with the over ranger microwave hood. All the smells would float upstairs. Now I dont have that issue!. Sandy. Rio Rancho, NM. Fri Jul 24 2026

Hood fan review Installation was easy but you need small hands to screw in the hood around the fan. The noise of the fan is not as quiet as I thought it was going to be but it will be fine.
