[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this range over a week now, and I really like the look of it. Once it was installed, I connected the range to the SmartThings app. The app was able to connect the range right away thru my wifi. And once connected, It automatically set the time for me. The app is a great feature when you want to control the temperature, cooking modes, oven light and sounds from your phone. You can even have it sent notifications when the cooktop elements are on. However, your phone may ping often if you do a lot of cooking on the stove top. Also, what I really like about this range, is the precision knobs. My husband and I like the use of knobs for stove top cooking. And I definitely enjoy the air fry feature, which by the way came with a free basket for air frying. Also, with a convection oven such as this, baking would be faster and even. Also, the range uses circulated air when you’re roasting to cook the meat evenly. You can’t go wrong with this range.. It has a clean, modern look, but what I've appreciated most is how well it performs during everyday cooking. The cooktop heats quickly and gives me plenty of space to use multiple pots and pans without feeling crowded. The illuminated knobs are a thoughtful feature because it's easy to tell when a burner is on at a glance. I've also enjoyed using the SmartThings app, which lets me monitor the oven remotely and sends helpful notifications when preheating is complete or cooking is finished. The built-in Air Fry feature and convection oven have both worked well, giving us consistently great results while saving counter space by eliminating the need for another appliance. I absolutely love everything about our new slide in range which we purchased in Dec 2025. We had a Samsung prior to the new one and enjoyed it but this one is supreme. In particular I love the light up dials when the burners are turned on. The oven camera is a novelty, but we rarely use it. The wi fi technology is a treat. We can activate the oven when away from the house and monitor and control cook modes, temps and cook times. The electronic display is super convenient and easy to use. I’ve read reviews that Samsung should have made the digital clock visible at all times. The wi fi feature must be on and the clock will display 24/7. It has a very modern sleek design and we are so pleased with it. The one minor complaint is the narrow grove on the front of the cook top is a very minor irritant to keep clean. It has a round silicone strip in it. You get used to in though. Overall we love this and purchased the extra warranty. Love the dials on and display on the front so much better than the back display models. Preheats super quick and temp is consistent. Would definitely purchase this again and highly recommend. Also love the alerts that come to my phone when burners are turned on, preheating done and cooking completed. I can also see if and burners have been left on when away from the house. I especially appreciate the largest "power" burner (front right) for getting things boiling so quickly! The oven is spacious and preheats quicker than my previous gas oven. I haven't used the air fry oven feature yet, but I am looking forward to using it in the near future and possibly getting rid of my counter top air fryer and getting back more counter space. The stove top is very streamlined. These stove top grates will fit in my dishwasher, saving me from hand washing them. All in all, this was a great addition to my kitchen and replacing my old range/oven was a good decision. This range..my goodness. It's incredible. We'll start at the top. The flat top without the typical back protruding into the cooking area is so sleek. We can actually fit all of our pots and pans on all the burners and it's a game changer. Moving down into the burners on the range, they're solid metal and provide an even heat for any type of cooking I need. The quick boiler is incredibly fast. What used to take a full 15 minutes to boil now takes 8 with the smaller burner in the middle of it heating the center of the pot. The grill/griddle burner is fun to use and I never thought I'd be making bacon and pancakes without a pan or separate appliance. The controls on the front are adult-user friendly and easily connected to my SmartThings app. The additional safety of having to pinch and push the controls, plus the slick lighting of the controls when they're on provides peace of mind that they won't be accidentally activated or forgotten. The stove portion is also incredible. So many features and settings including an air fryer and roasting settings (among others) that provides consistent results every time. It even allows for crisping that can essentially replace having to sear meat beforehand. It preheats quickly and accurately and even sends a notification to your phone when it's ready. One feature is that it also has a camera that you can make time lapse videos automatically if you want.
