Very good looking range. Unfortunately the first one delivered was bent by the door. It was probably mishandling but got a new one in 3 weeks. I am still in construction, so it hasn’t been connected. If something is wrong, I am sure Z-line will handle it.. Ruth. Stamford, CT. Wed Apr 01 2026

A very good range/stove that we have used for the last year. It has a few idiosyncrasies to which we have become accustomed. The clock is ridiculously hard to set. We have to look it up every time the time/date changes. There is no automated option. No smart connection for this unit at all, which is a plus and a minus. The power is insanely good. It can boil water so fast. The oven is very even. The unit feels solid. Placing a pot on an unused hob will result in a clicking noise that happens every few seconds. At first this drove me nuts, but now it's fine. The induction is fairly loud, especially when placed at a high level. The stainless steel scratches fairly easily. At first this was annoying, but now it's a kind of patina. This thing gets some serious use daily and I'm okay with it. Delivery was uneventful. I did need to make some mods to my electrical outlet but that was no big deal. Cost me $200 to get an electrician out. Make sure you have the outlets and plugs that you want/need in advance.. Adam. This thing took FOREVER to arrive, but we knew that would be the case. It delayed home construction - the pandemic and supply chain issues to blame. Wayfair was generally ok with communication, definitely friendly, they just didn't have much info. ANYWAY - the range is beautiful. We haven't installed it yet, waiting for the plumber to get here - so I can't comment on the functionality. Dana. Vienna, VA. Fri Feb 25 2022
