I love everything about this dishwasher. It has more features than I thought I needed, but I've used all of them. Initially I was frustrated the racks weren't configured the same as my old LG, but I figured them out, they do fold down, so all is right with the world. I can fill it up the way I'm used to. I hope they hold up, they seem thinner gauge than my previous quad wash. Dishes and glasses come out shiny and dry. Crazy how much cleaner, steam for the win. As for noise, the only time you hear it, is when it's filling up, otherwise it's quiet. It has a light. Yes, a light! I love the light! Really nice feature none of us ever knew we needed. The light is inside the tub, and there is soft white light that shines on the floor to let you know it's running and when it's completed its cycle.
