I absolutely LOVE it. Not installed yet, but it definitely is heavy duty and is a very nice color. I will update my review after I get a chance to try it out. It is a energy star appliance. The down fall is the specs state it is 18.6" deep. The number one reason I wanted the oven, because it would fit the baking pans I already own. But the inside is really 16.5", because in the back of the oven the convection fan is built out about 1.5" inches, so the oven racks are actually 16" wide. I originally had the Nostalgie I bought a little over two years ago. I had a lot of trouble, such as loud ventilations fans (that sounded like an emergency broadcast signal), uneven cooking, temperature swings of over 100 degrees, not all burners working, and misaligned doors that resulted in the small oven door opening whenever the large oven door was opened. All these problems have been fixed. The ventilation fans are super quiet. The burners work great. The temperature is even throughout (baking a cake was the test) and the oven temp is rock solid (I didn't even see the temperature change at all during the 15 minutes that I was monitoring it with a temperature probe.) Of course the great thing that hasn't changed about the Nostalgie is its looks, which has always been the case and is obvious just by looking at the photo. I waited to review my range until I got to use it for a bit. So far this is the best oven I've used. The different size burners are very helpful, they emit a good amount of gas to heat the pots quickly (use thicker pots) . These are by far the best stoves/ovens! We have had our 48" since 2021, and just purchased the 30" which will be all that we need as far as the cooktop and oven. The stove that I received is beautiful but the wrong knobs are on this stove. They were supposed to be bronze but are graphite. Hoping Ilve will send me replacement bronze knobs. This is the 2nd Ilve range I have purchased. I love the brand and the induction heat. 4 years ago when remodeling a kitchen in our old house I had a 36” Ilve Magestic. - stainless and gold trim. The range cooker has a 3.5 cubic feet multi-function electronic oven and a static oven with a capacity of 1.52 cubic feet. The main multifunction electric oven has 9 cooking modes and the operating temperature ranges from 100° to 500° F. Both cavities are coated with an easily clean enamel and can be cleaned without effort thanks to the folding grill heating element. The 8-burner version has a griddle and two double-ring dual burners with a maximum power of 25000 btu each one. The induction range has 6 heating zones with a maximum power output of 3700W. The bridge function is available for the two left-side induction zones. Each area is controlled with knobs.
