After renting a washer and dryer for over four years, I am so happy to finally have my own set and that it’s from Wayfair! I did quite a bit of research before choosing which set to purchase, and GE consistently stood out as a trusted brand with a long-standing reputation. I purchased installation along with my washer and dryer, but unfortunately there was a mix-up. The set was delivered on time, but the driver’s paperwork didn’t show my installation package. After several calls with Wayfair, I ultimately decided to find my own technician to get everything installed. It wasn’t a step I expected to have to take, but Wayfair was apologetic and refunded me a nice amount, so I was satisfied with how they made it right. When it came to choosing a dryer, I really didn’t need anything overly complicated. I wasn’t looking for a touchscreen, WiFi connectivity, or a ton of high-tech features—I wanted something simple, reliable, and up-to-date enough to get the job done. That’s exactly what I received with this GE dryer. I can put my clothes in, dry them without a problem, and keep it moving! It takes time to get used to it. Because is ventless it will heat up the room or space where the dryer is located. I found myself emptying the water tank twice after 5 loads. It does leave the clothes damp but you will just have to figure out the settings that works best for your clothes. Noise is minimal and the door is adjustable. So far so good! I love that this new dryer is a little more slim than my previous dryer. And it seems to be drying very well. I am very conscience of drying like for like items when possible and so far everything is drying pretty rapidly. The dryer is very quiet! But beware of that buzzer! It's pretty LOUD! The dryer is great. Im handy, so it was very easy to hook up. The delivery was a different story. We were given a delivery day of Tuesday, then it changed to Monday between 7 AM and 7 PM. My wife called at 930 Monday to narrow down the window, and was eventually told they didnt even have it at the delivery center. Then he checked and found it had just arrived, but it was too late to get it on a truck. Problem was, we took Monday off to receive it and hook it up. He said they could deliver Wednesday, between 7 AM and 11 AM, with a call 30 min. before delivery. They called at 6 AM, and delivered at 645 AM. But, we have the dryer, so all is good. The delivery crew from Glen Ellyn Moving and Storage were great, quick,efficient and polite. It was approximately the same price as everyone else, but because were members of Wayfair Rewards, we got a rebate of , I believe, 70, so it was worth it!. Richs. Saint Charles Il. Wed Apr 30 2025

The dryer works great. Thanks for asking. The delivery team was awesome. They used harness straps and guided the dryer upstairs to the laundry room. The delivery team said the use of harness straps would avoid damages to the property and merchandise as the delivery of the washer. While delivering the dryer, the techs also noticed scratch damages to the washer door, which was visible to us with sunlight. The washer was delivered by Appliance Home Delivery techs, which resulted in multiple damages to the exterior home stucco at the porch entry,, noticed while the owner, Edgar, of Appliance Home Delivery was visiting to address damages to the interior walls, which was reported to the property manager, scrapes and dirt on the interior walls, which was cleaned up by the owner of the Appliance Home Delivery, and scratches on the doors of the washer, noticed by Appliance Home Delivery techs while delivering the dryer, which was remedied by Wayfair, with discounts applied to the costs of the washer. It can dry even comforters. It senses if the clothes are damp and automatically adds more time. I like to be able to see through the front window. It even has a light when you open the door.
