Love my new dryer. My old LG was slowly dying and taking forever to dry. This new one is quick and efficient. I like the fact that I do not have to fill a container anymore with water for the steam feature, which I use a lot. Having it able to connect to the LG App is really convenient. I also like the duo door which is convenient for loading and unloading. Overall very happy and no complaints. My previous dryer lasted 14 years so I'm hoping this one does too.. Dee Do. Bronx, NY. I orderd my dryer from the LG web site. I was anxious because I wasnt sure how smooth it would go. As it turned out- evrything went well, even when I needed to change the delivery and installation date. Also, I researched and learned that I got a better price ordering directly from LG. I had a complicated install with it being a stacked unit and installed in a smaller, yet adaquate laundry closet. The installers were excellent and gained my full confidence. The paired units are awesome. The controls are user friendly and I love how quiet the machines run. I could not more satisfied and happy. Thank you LG!. Seattlesally. Seatlle. Mon Dec 30 2024

So far so good! I love that this new dryer is a little more slim than my previous dryer. And it seems to be drying very well. So far, so good. I've only had this washer and dryer for 2 1/2 weeks, but I have done several loads of laundry, including a very heavy queen size comforter, and have had no problems. Neither the washer nor dryer is too loud. The water level seems to be sufficient for most loads, although I have been using liquid softener, so I have used the deep fill several times. I have connected it to my WiFi, but have not looked for the extra cycles yet. It does tell me, on my phone, when the laundry is almost done, and when it is complete. The only criticism I can offer at this time is that the beep levels (although they are linked to high sound) are not very loud. The other negative is that when I choose a particular cycle and try to adjust the options, such as wash temp, soil level, spin selection, I am not allowed to choose some of the options I want; I guess some cycles are set as a default cycle and extra choices are limited. But, all in all, I love, the color, the different cycles and settings and the dryer dries much more quickly than my old dryer. I read hundreds of reviews of all the different manufacturers before I purchased this set. I also read the negative reviews of this set, but, so far, so good!. Grandmafromfl. Boca Raton, FL. The dryer works great. Thanks for asking. The delivery team was awesome. They used harness straps and guided the dryer upstairs to the laundry room. The delivery team said the use of harness straps would avoid damages to the property and merchandise as the delivery of the washer. While delivering the dryer, the techs also noticed scratch damages to the washer door, which was visible to us with sunlight. The washer was delivered by Appliance Home Delivery techs, which resulted in multiple damages to the exterior home stucco at the porch entry,, noticed while the owner, Edgar, of Appliance Home Delivery was visiting to address damages to the interior walls, which was reported to the property manager, scrapes and dirt on the interior walls, which was cleaned up by the owner of the Appliance Home Delivery, and scratches on the doors of the washer, noticed by Appliance Home Delivery techs while delivering the dryer, which was remedied by Wayfair, with discounts applied to the costs of the washer. Damages to the exterior house stucco are still unresolved. Thanks.. T. Mon Sep 07 2026

The dryer is great. Im handy, so it was very easy to hook up. The delivery was a different story. We were given a delivery day of Tuesday, then it changed to Monday between 7 AM and 7 PM. My wife called at 930 Monday to narrow down the window, and was eventually told they didnt even have it at the delivery center. Then he checked and found it had just arrived, but it was too late to get it on a truck. Problem was, we took Monday off to receive it and hook it up. He said they could deliver Wednesday, between 7 AM and 11 AM, with a call 30 min. before delivery. They called at 6 AM, and delivered at 645 AM. But, we have the dryer, so all is good. The delivery crew from Glen Ellyn Moving and Storage were great, quick, efficient and polite. It was approximately the same price as everyone else, but because were members of Wayfair Rewards, we got a rebate of , I believe, 70, so it was worth it!. Richs. Saint Charles Il. Wed Apr 30 2025

28 Inch Gas Front Load Dryer with 7.4 cu. ft. Capacity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dryer does an amazing job and there are soooo many options to ensure your clothes get the right drying temp, etc. that they need. Connected to wi-fi - just haven't used that yet. Two small issues - (1) our lint sensor is crazy sensitive. Just had the ducts cleaned yet it constantly gives us a warning that our ducts are almost blocked. (2) the vent in the back started rusting within 3 months!!! Dryer vents can rust but not usually this fast. Trying to stay on top of that but it's a bit of a bummer for such an expensive item. They should fix this!. Acm71. NC. Wed Dec 11 2024
