This is such a nice range hood. I love the sleek, upscale design. It has all the bells and whistles. It has a touch panel, a remote, timer, and LED lights. The fan has 4 speeds, and although it’s not loud, it’s also not quiet. I had mine professionally installed. Per the installer, it wasn’t difficult to install. When they say that this is truly quiet it is kinda is but on highest setting its LOUD.... it really gets up the smells very powerful beautiful looking. Easy to install and looks good in the space. I’m most impressed with the fan noise, at max speed it sounds like a table fan or similar to white noise and not like a steam engine like most range hoods. Overall good range hood. Giving it 4 stars due to how much tapeplastic covering it came with. Was working at it for 30 minutes to remove but challenging as it is stuck in all the little cracks and does not peel off easily. Easily smudge as you can see but we are planning on boxing this in and making a decorate covering. This is going to be an amazing addition to the kitchen. Unfortunately, I am a few months away from finishing the kitchen, so I opened up the box and it was packed great. The corners is of the vent were extra protected. There’s a lot of Styrofoam protection. The touch control panel is so sleek. The appears to be plenty of vent hose. It has a clean, modern look and the stainless steel finish fits nicely with the rest of my kitchen appliances. The touch controls are easy to use, and the LED lights give off plenty of light over the stove when I'm cooking. The fan has good suction and does a nice job removing smoke, steam, and cooking smells without being ridiculously loud. I also like that it can be used as either ducted or ductless, which makes installation a little more flexible depending on your kitchen setup. Overall, it looks much more expensive than it actually is and works well for everyday cooking. For the price, I think it's a really good value. Easy to use, looks great, and gets the job done.. Beautiful and quiet! Unit was fairly easy to install as this was a replacement for a 20 year old hood that had died. The "wax on, wax off" for fan speed didn't work well in test but needed to get it up. Issue persisted after install so I emailed support. The buttons and remote work perfectly. I was sent a video link on where your hand needs to be while swiping. This failed to resolve and I was asked to send a picture of the build sticker. Support confirmed the issue and are sending a replacement control board. It would be nice if the how to swipe video and any other manufacturer video, was included in the sales page or emailed on confirmation of purchase. The other issue I ran into was the sale price change. I bought the unit as an early Black Friday sale and then found that the price actually dropped further on Black Friday. Support offered to reimburse the difference and followed through! Thank you Emma with Dalxo \ IKTCH support! That said, in the future I will wait until Black Friday before making a large purchase like this in the future. (I would have leveled up to the one with 4 lights and better baffles.) Bottom line - This is a beautiful hood and far quieter than the previous Zephyr with a lower CFM. I am very happy with the hood and the interaction with Dalxo \ IKTCH support. Emma is outstanding!. Great product. Great ventilation, the only thing is some of the instructions did not match the product. So a little confusing on installation. Instructions showed a lever for outdoor or indoor ventilation. This motor did not have this lever. And white protective film is hard to take off. I suggest removing before installing.. Tamera. US.
